Jet bubbling device, also known as gas jet bubbling device or bubbling reactor, is developed on the basis of ordinary bubbling. The principle of jet bubbling is to use a special device to blow the processed gas into the absorption liquid, generating a large number of small bubbles. During the process of bubble rise, gas-liquid mass transfer is completed.
The filling layer uses multi-faceted hollow spheres instead of the original ball ring, made of PP material. Under the operation of the spray system, it can work at high temperatures below 100 ℃. The spray system uses a spiral nozzle, which has a large diameter and is not easy to block. The nozzle is composed of tetrafluorocarbon fiber, and the nozzle sprays out of the spiral foam area. The gas-liquid separation component solves the problem of floating water.
