After more than half a year of experimentation and certification, PVDF boards were officially launched in May. The new generation PVDF board has successfully passed various indicators acceptance (low yellowing, low ion precipitation, high strength, etc., can provide a full range of SGS testing reports), and its performance is close to or even partially surpasses imported materials. It has begun mass production and scale production. At present, the product has been sent to customers in industries such as photovoltaics, semiconductors, aerospace, and electronic information for use.

The trial production of PVDF board samples was successful in October, and relevant experimental data was obtained for verification by semiconductor and photovoltaic equipment manufacturers. Expected to enter mass production in the first half of 2023.

In the second half of the year, we will carry out industry university research cooperation with Jiangnan University and other universities in engineering materials such as PP, PVDF, PEEK, PFA, etc.
